This accidental pregnancy romcom is something that I feel like I’ve been wanting to read. Because not only does this book tackle hard topics like white feminism and diaspora discussions, it shows a plus size Latina being loved DOWN. Holy shit.

We aren’t often afforded the opportunity of a happily ever after once we’re deemed unsavory or unwanted. And for a lot of Latinas/es, that happens once we’re single and pregnant or single mothers.

I wanted to take that bias and tell it to suck my fucking dick.

So here’s to First Comes Amor, releasing August 1, 2025 on Kindle Unlimited.
